Baby Adopter is a comprehensive game that simulates babysitting, nursery care, and dress-up for individuals who enjoy taking care of infants.

It is compatible with iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.

In Baby Adopter, players have the opportunity to adopt and nourish adorable babies. You can feed them, purchase clothing, shoes, and toys, and ensure their well-being.

One of the main objectives of the game is to feed your baby when they are hungry, ensuring their energy level remains at 30. It is crucial to prevent your baby from becoming ill. This serves as the primary goal of Baby Adopter.

The game offers various locations where players can explore and acquire items such as the Baby Room, Bathroom, Playground, Playroom, Family Room, Game Center, and Zoo. Additionally, players can amass an extensive collection of mini trophy creatures by engaging in an exciting Egg Hunt. By searching for eggs, cracking them open, and hatching the creatures within, players can obtain unique specimens. Eggs are scattered randomly throughout different game locations. Following each successful crack, players must wait before proceeding to the next one. A total of three cracks are necessary to hatch each egg, which can subsequently be found in the same location they were cracked.

Furthermore, Baby Adopter offers VoiceOver support in the Egg Match mini-game. Players utilizing VoiceOver can receive auditory cues indicating which egg is currently selected within a grid. Cues also provide information about the color and position of the selected egg. This feature allows players to efficiently scan the grid and proceed with swapping eggs by double-clicking on both the origin and destination eggs.

Karma represents a player's overall game progress and experience. The baby will age and grow after 100 days (once clothes and shoes have been obtained).

In terms of audio feedback, the baby will emit sounds in response to taps, double taps, and double finger taps on the Main screen. Meanwhile, players have the option to modify sound and music settings on the Account screen.

Upon the completion of any room, players will achieve a Game Center accomplishment.

Clicking on the yellow coin icon in any room—such as the Baby Room, Bath, or Playroom—opens a new screen offering game points for purchase. The player's current game score will be updated accordingly, and advertisements will no longer appear during gameplay.

Notably, Baby Adopter caters to visually impaired and blind individuals with its VoiceOver accessibility feature.

For VoiceOver users participating in the Free Cell mini-game, card movements involve a single tap to choose a card, followed by a double tap to initiate the movement from its original location. Players can then select their desired destination by tapping it. The available destinations include other cards from the deal stack, four free spaces, or four completed stacks. A double tap on the destination spot moves the card initially selected with a double tap. This method facilitates the movement of both single cards and groups of cards from a deal stack.
